The results of the 12th edition of the BASIC 10Liner Contest, a coding competition which accepts submissions of games written with only 10 lines of BASIC code for 8-bit computer systems, were published last Saturday.
Unfortunately this year, unlike past editions, I could not enter the TOP 10. In fact, A Day At The Animal Races (ZX Spectrum) and Squash Trainer (ZX81), my two games competing for the PUR-80 category, ranked 16th and 27th respectively, out of 37 competitors.
Congratulations to RAX, whose Thrust 10 and Pacman 10, both for the Oric Atmos computer, won both the first and second position in the category.
Hoping to do better next year, I will enjoy the other games and especially the winners!
