Good things come in threes so, after 10 Miglia and ROUTE81, let me introduce you The Typing of the Spec, my third entry to the BASIC 10Liner Contest 2021, PUR-80 category.
The Typing of the Spec is an edutainment videogame for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum home computer. The goal is to quickly type the words as they are displayed on the screen, before the time runs out. On successful typing of a word, the remaining time is added to your current score. You lose a life whenever you type a wrong character or the time runs out.
You can either play The Typing of the Spec in your web browser (keyboard required) or download it from itch.io.
The downloadable archive contains, besides the game tape image in .TAP format, the program detailed documentation and source code explained line by line.
