It is my great pleasure to announce that the official ZX Spectrum Next distribution will include now includes CAVE81, my remake for the Sinclair ZX81 of CHIP-8 CAVE game, along with such great piece of software as 3D Monster Maze!
ZX81 compatibility will be achieved on the Spectrum Next thanks to Paul Farrow’s excellent emulator ROMs.

You can download CAVE81 for free and play it either on a real ZX81 or on your ZX81 emulator of choice (EightyOne, ZEsarUX, sz81, …). If you appreciate it, you can consider making a donation to encourage further developments for both the ZX81 and the Spectrum Next computers.
